The bus interchange at Boon Lay goes through a very redundant and wasteful cycle of events.
Every once in awhile, they will have pasar malams selling the oh so good but sinful fried honey chicken chop with spicy chilli powder. After the pasar malams, the green grass turns into wasteland of sludge and mud because of the lack of photosynthesis.
They then plant new grass to restore the green fields. Which they then destroy by having another pasar malam right after they implant the new seedlings.
Rince and repeat.
Taxpayers money? I hope not.
